Our company was founded in 2009 and is based in Riga, Latvia. Our main focus is on architecture, construction and design industry. Būvlaukums - if translated from Latvian to English would mean - a construction site - but it can also mean - a platform that is a base for turning creative ideas into reality. We are a professional networking platform that is providing a high quality presentations for the companies that are working with the architecture, building, construction, design and landscape products, including manufacturers and resellers. On the weekly bases, we are able to reach thousands in the industry actively working professionals such as architects, designers, developers and engineers, as well as the general public.
Being a platform with a focus on the industry's latest news and events, our partners include: chambers of commerce, government organizations, agencies and associations such as Latvian Association of Civil Engineers and Latvian Association of Builders. We support projects such as Efficient Energy Building in Latvia (organized by the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Latvia and the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Regional Development of the Republic of Latvia in collaboration with Latvian Association of Civil Engineers and the magazine Civil Engineer), Sustainable Building and Design and the National Design Award of Latvia (organised by H2E Design Studio in collaboration with the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Latvia, the Latvian National Museum of Art, the Museum of Decorative Art and Design and the Art Academy of Latvia).
