Archidea.lv is a professional industry media platform and online magazine for architects, designers, builders, real estate project developers and other leads. Due to expansion we are looking for a passionate B2B Sales Manager, who'd be responsible for building customer relationships and active sales in Baltics.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Review and analyze the media market situation related to our industry
- Build relationships with existing and possible new partners and clients in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia
- Communicate with customers via e-mail, cold calls
- Prepare commercial offers
- Respond and coordinate all client requests
- Keeping up to date Pipedrive system (CRM)
- Perform other tasks and duties assigned by the direct manager
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English and Latvian
- You've got substantial knowledge in B2B sales
- Self-organized, capable to manage multiple tasks in parallel
- Motivation and passion for sales and relationship management
- Proactive attitude towards work
- Strong communication, negotiation skills and presentation skills
- 1-3 years working within customer service and/or sales
- Interested in architecture, design and construction industries will be a benefit
